In this spacious and modern detached villa, you will enjoy peace and quiet along with a stunning panoramic view of nature nestled between the sea and the mountains. The space The 100 m² accommodation consists of: Two rooms over 80 m² on one level, opening onto a terrace and garden: A spacious living room with fireplace, piano, and dining area An open-plan kitchen connected to the dining and living room One bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, double wardrobe with hanging space, and a bookshelf. A travel cot for baby is available. A 20 m² mezzanine above the living room with two single beds (90 cm), a storage closet, and a small office area. Shaded terrace (natural olive tree canopy, with retractable awning if needed), equipped with garden furniture (table, chairs, loungers, outdoor sofa set) and a Weber barbecue. Reversible air conditioning, Wi-Fi. Bed linen provided: beds are made on arrival, and bath towels are included. The owners’ accommodation is adjoining but completely independent. Weekly rentals only, from Saturday to Saturday. Guest access A shaded parking space is available under a pergola, with access to the accommodation via an external staircase.
