Welcome to The Old Greengrocers, a peaceful hideaway nestled in the beautiful Essex village of Battlesbridge. It is a cosy, two storey, self contained accommodation, comprising of an open plan kitchen diner with a fridge, air fryer, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities, lounge, shower room and separate toilet room. Upstairs is the master bedroom with views over the surrounding area. There is also a secluded outdoor patio area. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets are provided The space As you enter the property there is coat hook and shoe rack, leading in to a kitchen/diner with table and chairs and kitchen area with a sink, fridge, kettle, air fryer and microwave. There is a separate living room area with TV and sofa. At the back of the property there is a shower and separate toilet and sink area. There is a door leading out to a private decked area which is fenced off, please note there are no views from the outside space, only from the upstairs bedroom and there is no access to the main garden. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed, small wardrobe, dressing table. Guest access Please note that you have access to the outside space at the back of the property which is fenced off for privacy and it is laid with decking, there is no access to the main garden.
