The space It has a capacity for 7 people, for full rental, equipped with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The house offers you a rustic and cozy atmosphere, where the charm of the wood in beams, ceilings and floors creates a warm and homely atmosphere. With a capacity to accommodate up to 7 people in full rental, our house is equipped with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. On the ground floor, you will find the living room, where you can relax by the wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen, independent and fully furnished, has a washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, blender, juicer, toaster, coffee maker and more. In addition, we have a full bathroom with shower, as well as a first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher for your safety. The house is heated by a pellet stove, with radiators in each room to ensure a comfortable temperature year-round. It's important to note that La Abuela Nines is not adapted for people with limited mobility. In our country house, we also want your pets to feel at home. They are welcome at no extra charge! Your rest is our priority: Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable double bedrooms, each equipped with a 135 cm double bed and the possibility of adding an extra bed and/or travel crib according to your needs. In addition, on this same floor, we have a full bathroom with a bathtub. Your rest is essential for us. Therefore, all beds are provided with sheets, duvets and blankets to ensure your comfort in any season of the year. Each guest will have a bath towel and a hand towel at their disposal during their stay. Other things to note Information and Conditions Minimum stay: A minimum reservation of 2 consecutive nights is required, except during long weekends, where the entire long weekend must be booked. Payment and booking: 50% of the total amount must be paid to formalize the booking. The rest of the payment will be made at the time of key exchange. We accept payments by bank transfer, Bizum, and cash. Crib: The crib has no additional cost over the price of the stay. Firewood for the fireplace: The first load of firewood for the fireplace is free. Additional loads will cost €10 each. Hours: Check-in and check-out times are flexible. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM. These times can be made more flexible based on availability and other reservations. Pets: Pets are allowed at no additional cost. The owner of the animal must be responsible for its good behavior. Cancellations: Cancellations are allowed up to ten days before the reservation date. After that, the reservation is non-refundable. The owners reserve the right to cancel a reservation in case of force majeure.
