Welcome to A&A Sweet Hosting, a cozy space in the heart of Moyobamba, San Martín. Our home is designed to provide you with comfort, tranquility, and a warm experience during your stay. Enjoy a clean, safe and perfect atmosphere to rest while discovering the natural beauty and charm of Moyobamba. The space Very cozy 3-story cottage that will be available to you completely and exclusively for your use. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with hot water, and 1 guest bathroom (half bathroom), a living room, a dining room, and an open-concept kitchen. We have high-speed Wi-Fi and a 55” Smart TV with Netflix and Disney. It is located within the city itself, less than 5 minutes from Plaza de Armas. Listing layout: - On the first floor, you have a living room, dining room, open kitchen, and a half bathroom. (All rooms are fully equipped, and the kitchen has all the necessary supplies, such as coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, and water.) - On the second floor, you will find a small hall, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. Room 1: You have a queen-size bed, blackout curtains, earplugs for a better night's sleep, a closet and clothes hangers, an iron, extra blankets, pillows, a mirror, warm and/or cool lighting of your choice, a nightstand with a lamp, and a full bathroom with hot water: body towels, hand towels, face cloths, a hair dryer, and toiletries (toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and body soap). Bedroom 2: Double bed, extra blankets, pillows, blackout curtains, nightstand and lamp, portable fan, closet, and clothes hangers. Bedroom 3: 1.5-person sofa bed; underneath the bed, there is another bed that can be added; blankets, pillows, blackout curtains, and earplugs for those who want a better night's sleep; warm and/or cool lighting of your choice; a portable fan; and a desk with a lamp. - On the third floor, you will find the laundry room, a free washing machine for guests, a terrace with views of the cityscape, and a small table for outdoor dining. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the entire house for each reservation.
