Idyllically located on the edge of the forest – ideal for nature lovers. Hiking trails start at the front door. The apartment has bedroom, living room, kitchen as well as shower/toilet. Exterior socket for charging e-bikes. Shopping in the village about 3 km to the village center. Motorway connection in all directions can be reached in about 10 minutes. The space 2.5 room apartment on the ground floor The windows are equipped with integrated blinds, in the living room and bedroom additional curtains. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom each has 1 window insect screen. For some cooling in summer, a 3 step standing fan is available. In the transitional period, next to the central heating, an electric heater. And in winter the stove can be fired with wood. Wood and lighters are provided by us. Coffee capsules, tea and mineral water for the entire stay are included in the price.
