The Cottage at Shangrila

The Cottage at Shangrila is a 2 bedroom free standing house, with a lovely open plan living area, and a spacious verandah, with spectacular see views. The Cottage is set in a magnificent indigenous garden with beach access through the garden The space Shangrila is a beautiful 10 acre beach front property in the tiny village of Bazley. There are just 3 houses here, one of which is where the owners, Charles and Elizabeth live, with their dogs. The garden has been professionally landscaped by the famous Elsa Pooley, and teams with birds, butterflies, bushbuck and the tiny impiti buck. The beach is quiet and has great swimming and fishing spots, as well as surfing and kite surfing, paddle skiing, cycling and hiking trails near by. The famous Alliwal Shoal, one of the top 10 dive sites in the world, is close, and there are more than 15 top golf courses within an hour's drive. Selbourn and Umdoni golf courses are right here. Guest access The whole property is available to guests Other things to note The caravan park is 1.5 km from the cottage and has all of the basic amenities that one may need.
