Located on the A63 just outside the village you're a 20 minute drive from York, 30 minute drive to Hull and 40-45 minutes to the East coast Located on a farm with 4 acres of woodland and access to a public footpath, this is the perfect stay for those who enjoy the great outdoors! Within walking distance of the local shop, pubs and takeaway. Dog friendly The space Two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with double bed & bunk beds. Both bedrooms have storage in the way of wardrobes & drawers. Bathroom with bath & enclosed shower. Towels provided. Living room with corner sofa, Smart TV & electric fire. Conservatory with seating & dining table. Kitchen with cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster & microwave. Property is single level so ideal for those with limited mobility Guest access Guests access the property through the conservatory. Ample parking is adjacent to the entrance. The garden is accessed externally around the side of the annex. Other things to note We have horses on site and also have semi feral yard cats and a family dog. We ask guests not to approach our animals for safety purposes but can enjoy them from a distance. We have access from the farm onto a public footpath, we kindly ask that guests stick to the footpath and not trespass on neighbouring farmland.
