Each apartment has access to a hot tub, private bathroom, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. The common room with a jukebox, darts, table football and ping pong provides entertainment, while the outdoor seating with a barbecue grill provides a peaceful rest. The space 🌿 Tylda Cottage is a stylish and spacious cottage with an area of 255 m², ideal for larger groups, families or friends who want to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the Czech countryside. It is a historic estate with a rich past. It originally served as the court of the bailiff Josef Hudec in Lhota Lísek, which gives it a unique character and atmosphere. It offers accommodation in three separate apartments with a total capacity of up to 19 people, making it an ideal place for families, groups of friends or corporate events. Guests can rent individual apartments or the entire cottage for maximum privacy. 3 Apartments Rychtářka Apartment: has a double bedroom with a spacious double bed, a room with two bunk beds, a living room with a wood fireplace and smart TV, storage space, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a corner bath, the toilet is part of the bathroom. Apartment Fuksa: offers a bedroom with a double bed, three beds in the attic, a kitchen with a microwave, a fridge, a smaller smart TV, storage spaces, induction and a bathroom with a wide shower. Apartment Jůlinka: includes a bedroom with a double bed, three beds in the attic, a small kitchen, a fridge, a large dining table and a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. All apartments are heated by a gas boiler, which also provides water heating, and are equipped with radiators for your maximum comfort. Each apartment has its own bathroom, Wi-Fi and comfortable amenities. A lounge with a jukebox, table football and darts provides space for both entertainment and business. It is intended primarily for summer use together with the outdoor and indoor garden, where you can barbecue or play with children. In winter, the common room is heated only by a wood stove, so it is necessary to heat it in advance, if you are interested in using it, please let us know in advance. Parking on site is only available for one car and must be booked in advance. Other cars without a reservation can easily park right in front of the house; the street is quiet, with minimal traffic, and parking is free. Other things to note ✔ Pets are welcome by prior arrangement, for a fee of 200 CZK/dog ✔ Firewood is available in sufficient quantities for normal use. In case of higher consumption, it is possible to order additional wood for an additional fee.
