Welcome to our cozy apartment in Schiers – perfectly located for exploring the beautiful Prättigau region. The apartment features two comfortable box-spring beds, a sofa bed for up to two additional guests, and a crib and high chair available on request. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a TV with Netflix, a spacious terrace, private parking, and a garage for your car or ski gear. The train station is just a short walk away, and several ski resorts and hiking trails are nearby. The space Our cozy and thoughtfully furnished apartment is located in Schiers, just a 6-minute walk from the train station and easily accessible by both car and public transport. From here, you can quickly reach some of the most beautiful ski and hiking areas in the region – including Grüsch-Danusa, Fanas, Seewis, Pany, Klosters, and even Davos. Whether you’re seeking adventure or relaxation, this is the perfect base for exploring the Prättigau. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable and carefree stay: • Two inviting bedrooms with high-quality box spring beds (180x200cm & 160x200cm) • A bright, spacious living room with Netflix-ready TV and a sofa bed for extra guests • A fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs • A lovingly decorated room with games, books, and a yoga mat for your personal relaxation • A bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo, fresh towels, shower gel, and shampoo Start your mornings with coffee or tea – both are provided for your stay. Step out onto the large balcony and take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the lower Prättigau valley. Enjoy your meals outdoors or just relax in the fresh alpine air. A private outdoor parking spot and a garage (Width: 2.17 m | Height: 2.09 m | Length: 6 m) are available for your convenience – at no extra charge. Guest access You reach the apartment via a staircase on the second floor. It does not have an elevator. After your definitive booking you will receive a more detailed description from us. Access to the apartment is gained independently by entering a 6-digit code. The code must be entered at the front door and the apartment door. Other things to note When booking, it is important to enter the correct number of guests. The price will be displayed correctly at the time of booking and there will be no additional costs. The price depends on the number of guests. From the third guest onwards, there is a surcharge of CHF 20 per night and person, as our costs increase with each additional guest. This allows us to prepare the apartment in a welcoming and comfortable way for your visit.
