Welcome to our quiet house, at the foot of the regional park, just 20 minutes from Reims, and 20 minutes from Dormans train station to Paris. We welcome you upstairs in two comfortable bedrooms that can accommodate 2 to 8 people, ideal for a stay as a couple or family. Our rooms invite you to take a gentle nature break. Large living room and dining area for easy gatherings (additional double bed available on request) Coffee/tea area and microwave to reheat your meals. Sports area available 🌍 Great location: Reims & its Champagne cellars – 20 min 🍾 Disneyland Paris – less than 1 hour 🎢 Paris can be reached by train from Dormans or Champagne TGV train stations (20-min drive) 🚆 Whether you're passing through to discover the Champagne hillsides, explore Reims or simply enjoy a stay in the countryside, you'll find comfort, calm and a friendly atmosphere here. 💡 Good to know: The house is shared with us, but we respect everyone's privacy. You have your own entrance and bathroom, and we remain available for any questions or advice about the area. Guest access Access to the accommodation is completely autonomous thanks to a secure key box. You have a separate entrance and hallway in the house, guaranteeing your privacy and great freedom for your arrivals and departures. Other things to note On sunny days, you can also enjoy a shared garden, a true haven of peace in the countryside. To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer a few options, subject to availability: Possible options: Early check-in from 2 pm: €20 Late check-out until 12 pm: €20 The base rate includes up to 4 guests. Additional guests: €15 per person per night. You can use the veranda heated by our stove for an extra €5 per bucket of pellets consumed.
