Conditions apply. 🌊 The Space - Our 2-bedroom beach house is designed for comfort and relaxation: - Both bedrooms with queen beds, ceiling fans, ducted cooling, and storage. Second bedroom also has a single bunk bed. - Open-plan living, Kitchen, dining, and lounge flow together with smart TV, Wi-Fi, comfy seating, board games and books. Ducted cooling and heated living area. - Fully equipped kitchen, SMEG coffee machine, condiments (salt & pepper, oil, spices), fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, blender, cookware, pantry space, and dining table. - Bathroom & Laundry, Spacious shower with toiletries, hairdryer, front-loader washer, ironing facilities, and a second toilet. 🌴 Outdoor Living - Step outside to your own private oasis: - Alfresco dining area with BBQ, lounge seating & plenty of shade. - Fire pit for cozy nights under the stars. - Kids will love exploring the coastal garden and playing in the wooden boat. - Outdoor shower for rinsing off sand and saltwater. - Secure, enclosed yard for your furry friend (pet-friendly with guidelines). 🐚 Location & Activities - Just a short stroll from the beach, you can: Swim, paddle, fish, take in a walk or kayak (kayaks coming soon!). - Enjoy Perlubie Beach’s safe waters, build sandcastles, or even kite-surfing. - Spot dolphins, seals, and sea birds along the coast. - Launch boats (depending on beach and tide conditions) or easily at nearby Streaky Bay boat ramps (15 mins). 🌿 Sustainability Anchored at Eba is proudly off-grid, powered 100% by solar.
