Located in a peaceful environment, the house is ideal for recharging your batteries, while remaining close to local villages and amenities. The space 🛏️ Bedrooms & sleeping arrangements Master suite: double bed (160 x 200 cm), dressing room, private bathroom with shower + separate toilet Bedroom 2: two single beds (90 x 200), bathroom with shower and toilet Bedroom 3: double bed (140 x 190), bathroom with bathtub and toilet 🌿 Entire place & privacy You will have the entire house and part of the land at your disposal to fully enjoy the garden and nature. We live in the neighboring house, but you have total privacy. The house is located in the countryside, a 5-minute drive from the pretty little village of Montvendre, 15 minutes from the city of Valence and close to all amenities: Bakery, tobacco shop and supermarkets 5 minutes away in the villages of Malissard or Chabeuil Intermarché Valence 10 minutes away If you want to enjoy the local markets: - Beaumont les Valence on Friday afternoon (10 minutes) - Valence on Saturday morning (15 minutes) - Beauvallon on Sunday morning (15 minutes) The toll of Valence Sud is 7 km away and that of Valence Nord is 12 km away. Valence Ville and Valence TGV stations are 20 and 15 minutes away by car, respectively.
