We're thrilled to share this special place with you. A Few Things to Know Before You Arrive: 🚭***THIS PROPERTY IS 100% NON-SMOKING (Vape pens and e-cigarettes included) INSIDE OR OUTSIDE*** We charge $250 for breaking this policy, and we prefer our guests to be non-smokers. 🏡 The Loft sits on our 5-acre property in a separate building from our home, where we live quietly as a family of three (plus our gentle, non-barking beagle 🐶 who loves beach walks and naps). 🚗 Guest and homeowner parking areas are separate. You may see us in the garden 🌱 or walking the dog, but we’ll always respect your privacy and follow your lead on interaction. 📌 Please note: 🪜 Stairs: Access is via a full flight of stairs — may not be suitable for those with mobility concerns. 🚪 Sliding Glass Door: Offers a beautiful view but no deck. Use with care; we are not liable. 🪟 Curtains: Large windows have blackout curtains; smaller ones have sheers — light-sensitive sleepers, take note. 🌫️ Weather: Expect coastal variety — sun ☀️, fog 🌁, breezes 💨, and tons of stars. 🌙 Evenings: Can be cool, even in summer. Pack layers 🧥 to enjoy ocean air, fires 🔥, or morning coffee ☕ outdoors. We hope you find the setting as magical ✨ and peaceful 🤍 as we do. Guest access Guests enjoy private access to the loft with convenient keyless entry provided prior to check-in. Please note, the loft is only accessible via a flight of stairs and would not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Other things to note Smoking Policy: Please note: Our entire 5-acre property is strictly 100% smoke-free—this includes both smoking and vaping, indoors and outdoors. A $250 fee will be charged for any violation of this policy. We kindly ask that only non-smokers book with us, as our environment is not suited for smokers. Pet Policy: No Pet Policy We love hosting, but because this space is part of our family's home and we have health and safety considerations, we have an Airbnb-approved exemption allowing us to decline all animals, including service and emotional support animals.
