Pool hours are from 10am to 9pm and there are no exceptions on time. You can be fined if the rules are not followed. Only two cars per unit are allowed with parking permit. If a permit is lost or misplaced there is an additional $75.00 dollar charge for a replacement. Washer and Dryer are a courtesy for long term guests only…not for use for short term stays. Additional short-term fee is $25.00 per stay. No parties are allowed in unit. If there is any complaints on noise level or being excessively loud a warning will be given. The second time we will ask you all to leave the unit without a refund for not following the rules. The unit is downstairs. During summer weekends check in can run late due to high activity and check in can be extended till 5pm.
