Close the Georgian shutters and enjoy absolute darkness for a perfect night's sleep. Indulge yourself in the elegant ensuite bathroom with carefully chosen luxury touches. Tea and coffee facilities (alongside home made biscuits) are provided. The space Built in 1826 the former Rectory has been lovingly and faithfully restored over the past seven years by husband and wife team, Simon and Karen, blending timeless Georgian elegance with refined modern comfort. Set within 6 acres of magnificent park-like grounds, boasting over 400 mature broadleaf trees, 2 tranquil ponds and a meandering stream. The exquisitely restored Drawing Room, Dining Room and Garden Room each enjoy roaring open fires in the winter, while natural light pours in through classic 12 pane sash windows. The owners live in a separate wing of the house, ensuring privacy and peace. Simon, a highly trained chef, will prepare your breakfasts and is available to prepare exquisite lunches or dinners, on request. A seasonal menu can be provided in advance, and the elegant Dining Room is available for private hire for truly memorable occasions. Guest access Guests are warmly invited to enjoy the Drawing Room, Garden Room and the glorious gardens and parkland. The Dining Room may also be reserved for private dining experiences. During your stay Simon and I will be present during your stay. We can be contacted before, during or after your visit on our mobiles. We will be discreet and available upon your request.
