Lower floor: The entrance area welcomes you with an inviting hallway and a spacious wardrobe. Directly adjacent is a practical utility room with a washing machine and work sink. The stylish bedroom with a comfortable box spring bed (200 x 200 cm) offers an idyllic view of the courtyard. In the elegant bathroom, a refreshing rainbow shower with a ground-level entrance awaits you. The modern kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and invites you to linger with a cozy dining area. The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere, while the chaise longue overlooking the fire invites you to relax. Top floor: A spacious wooden staircase leads you to the spacious living area. On a cozy sofa you can enjoy the sky through the skylights and let your thoughts run free.
