Guest House 6646 is your retreat in the heart of Contra, in a renovated rustic Ticino that combines tradition and modern comfort. Ideal for couples and families (max 4 people), it offers an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. Enjoy the pergola and discover Ticino, with its lake, mountains, and breathtaking views. Renovation and expansion completed in May 2025. Being an open space house, it is particularly appreciated by families; those traveling as two couples will find more limited privacy. The space On the ground floor are the bathroom (with shower, sink and toilet) and a large open kitchen, fully equipped with glass ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. The extendable dining table, ideal for 4 people up to a maximum of six. The dining area is connected (without a separation door) to the large double bedroom, furnished with a 180x200 cm bed, a large closet and a mirror. A French door leads directly to an intimate private garden. A modern staircase, located in the dining area, leads to the mezzanine overlooking the kitchen and the bedroom (open-space concept). The raised area/mezzanine is used as a living room (when not used as an additional bedroom), furnished with low furniture and a relaxation area equipped with a double sofa bed (bed surface: 160x200 cm). On the same level as the pergola (patio), paved with Plude Ticino, there is an outdoor area with table and rustic stone benches. This space leads to the laundry room (with a washer and dryer available upon request) and a technical space reserved for owners. Guest access This modern farmhouse, completely renovated and finished in May 2025, is located in the charming historic center of Contra, in an authentic and peaceful setting. The hamlet of Regia is a pedestrian zone and cannot be accessed directly by car, which helps to make the atmosphere even more relaxing and distinctive. Upon request at the time of booking, you can check with the Host whether free parking is available near the guest house. Alternatively, several free parking spaces are available along the main road (cannot be reserved). Motorcycle parking is always guaranteed. The property can be easily reached on foot via two short municipal paths (about 90 meters), which are simple and easy to follow. The trails are located in the immediate vicinity of the parking lots and about a minute's walk from the bus stop. There are a few steps along the way. Other things to note At the main entrance next to the letter hole is the Key safety box.
