Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and its outdoor areas. The house features spacious indoor common areas and a wraparound garden that invites you to enjoy the outdoors. Outside, you will find a pool area, an outdoor table for al fresco dining, a cozy chill-out area, and a deck on the first floor, perfect for relaxing with views of the Montseny mountains. Other things to note The house is located in a very quiet residential area, ideal for unwinding and enjoying a relaxing stay. There is a playground near the home, which makes it a very convenient option for families with children as well. Out of respect for the neighborhood and the surrounding area, please no parties or activities that may cause a nuisance. For stays longer than 10 nights, the booking price includes an extra mid-stay cleaning. A deposit of €300 is required, which is retained and released within 48 hours if there is no major damage due to improper use of the facilities upon leaving the house.
