Spruce Grouse Hideaway

This getaway is on the edge of town nestled against the mountainside with gorgeous views of Heney Ridge and Prince William Sound. Enter through a covered stairway into the foyer. Walk through to the well-equipped kitchen and into the Great Room with floor to ceiling views. Go back through the foyer and up a half-flight of stairs to the bathroom and two bedrooms. Explore Cordova with hiking and skiing less than a half mile away, and about a half mile to local shops on First Street. Guest access Guests have the top two floors of the house. Access is on the left side of the house, up the flight of stairs. Within the house the door separating the two halves will remain locked.
