Known for its Castle Court Games & Spectacular Dinner The 55-square-meter (592-square-foot) attic apartment is located on the upper floor of a rented two-family house. Stairs go up to the attic. The spacious, somewhat older house is located in a cul-de-sac, and there is a garden all around it. Ideal for dogs and children. The space The attic holiday apartment can accommodate max. 5-6 people. There are 2 rooms, in one there is a double bed, a single bed and the kitchenette with kitchenette and induction plate on the other side. For very tall people, it is not possible to stand straight everywhere as it is an attic apartment with a lot of slope. In the second room, there is a sofa bed, the second slatted base of which can easily create two more sleeping places. If necessary, another bed can be placed in the living and dining room. Sound system means it has a Bluetooth box in the room and a projector. Sleeping is therefore possible in both rooms. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with induction field, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, fridge and toaster. There is a washing machine and outside in the undeveloped area again plenty of space to dry the laundry and use the wardrobe for clothes and jackets. There is no direct balcony, but shared use of the terrace (one floor lower) and the garden is possible. The rest of the house is also gradually modernized. Shopping: there is a Billa directly 280 m away. 4 minutes walk. There are rolls and groceries in the morning. A heater is also provided. That is why the prices are also a bit higher in winter.
