This Tudor style building is beautiful and unique in a great place of the Mission close to Dolores Park and restaurants. This apartment has period details and gets all the sunshine that is offered in the Mission District! This is a great place to experience the culture in SF! The unit has charming period details. The living room has hardwood floors, a Smart TV and a pull-out couch. The bedroom has carpet, a bay window, a queen size bed and a closet. Our apartment comes completely furnished with sheets & towels, pots & pans, etc. You will have a private kitchen and bathroom and wired internet. The kitchen has a gas stove and 2 person table. The bathroom has a shower over tub. All of the utilities, cable and internet are included for the first 3 months. Guest access As our guest, you will have full access to your apartment, plus a mailbox in the lobby that you can use during your stay. There is a laundromat one block away. Other things to note A signed lease is required in accordance w/ local law. A one-time cleaning fee of $95 is required (already built-in).
