A historic 2-bedroom gem situated on a no-through lane on the Firle Estate in the quiet conservation area of Alciston village. The space The cottage sleeps four people and has two double bedrooms, one with a king size and one with a double bed. Radiators heat the upstairs. The cosy sitting room has a log burner, and there is a garden room with dining room table & chairs giving you stunning views beyond over the fields beyond. Garden furniture available. Downstairs has underfloor heating supplied by an Air Source Heat Pump. The only bathroom is situated downstairs and has a bath with a shower above. It has it's own door to the garden so you can soak without losing touch with the outdoors (if you dare). The kitchen is well equipped for you to serve and enjoy any holiday provisions. With an electric hob & oven and fridge. The pantry has a dishwasher, freezer and washer/dryer. Also available is an iron & table top ironing board.
