Beautiful townhouse with garden, quiet area

Our house is an architect-designed house from the 1930s that we renovated to make it a warm place to live, mixing old and modern styles. We'll be happy to let you enjoy it when we're away. The space The house is 170 m2. The living spaces are spacious and located on the ground floor: they include an entrance hall, a kitchen and dining room of 30 m2 as well as a living room of 35 m2. You will have all the kitchen amenities including raclette, pierrade, pancakes... We will also provide you with basic products such as oil, salt, pepper... The 3 bedrooms are upstairs and are equipped with a double bed (140 cm). Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Upstairs, there is also a bathroom with toilet, as well as a small office/games room. Children can enjoy our children's comics, playmobils, legos and board games. The garden is pleasant, wooded and enclosed. You will also have garden furniture and barbecue. Guest access You can park your vehicle, free of charge, on the street in front of the house. If you have bicycles or a trailer, you can store them in our locked garage, independent of the house (located across the street, right in front). Other things to note This house is our main home; we rely on the discretion of our guests to respect our privacy and not to use our personal belongings (clothes, food, musical instruments...). Before you leave, you are asked to tidy up the house as you found it. We also ask that you strip the beds, empty the dishwasher and the trash cans, we will take care of the rest.
