A great and brad new bedroom in an excellent neighborhood in Altamonte Springs only a few minutes away from shopping Mall, supermarkets, restaurants, I-4, Maitland business complex, etc. A great, brand new and clean room with a comfortable queen bed and shared bathroom. There is a closet for you to keep and hang your clothes if you wish, it also have a large mirror on the door. The floor of the house is a modern "concrete painted" style, no carpet, the concrete can be a little cold in the winter and really refreshing when the summer is coming ! I like to reinforce that this room has a shared bathroom, not private ! Thank you ! This is your home away from home. You are welcome to enjoy the common areas of the house which include the Kitchen, family room etc... I enjoy meeting new people and respect the privacy of other. I will have as much or as little interaction as needed or desired on your part. I´m always available to answer your questions regrading my home, the area, the neighborhood etc... My neighborhood is quite, well cared for and safe. You can be in the tourist spots during the day and settle in to peace and quiet by the end of your evening enjoying the cardinals and a beautiful landscape ! The location is amazing, only few minutes away of I-4, Publix, Ross, Banks, Restaurants and several other stores to make your life really easy ! Altamonte Springs is a central city, easy access to a lot of different locations ! No Marijuana, Tobacco or any other substance is allowed at all, I do not open exceptions, thank you for understanding !
