" The space - 15 minutes from the beach - Dogs welcome with no charge - Large balcony off both bedrooms - Fully enclosed garden - Log burner for cosy evenings in with fuel provided - Sleeps 6 - 3 bedrooms - 2 upstairs onto large balcony - 1 downstairs for easy access  - 2 bathrooms - bath & standalone shower - 1 downstairs - Well equipped kitchen including dishwasher - dryer - full fridge freezer - Fast Wifi throughout - Smart TV, and a selection of books, guides and board games  - Parking for 2 cars (3 can be parked - all off road) It has its own enclosed and secure outside space, with seating areas ideal for relaxing, eating and enjoying the sunshine at the front and a further garden seating area at the back.  On the ground floor the property consists of a dining kitchen area fitted with cooker/hob/fridge freezer/microwave and dishwasher, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bath and overhead shower and WC.  Also on the ground floor is a cosy living room with a wood burning stove.  On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with 2 single beds.  Both bedrooms have access to a joint balcony area. First firewood provided with further to purchase on site or from local shops.  Dogs are very welcome - and we are more than happy to dog sit if required.  The village boasts 1 pub, a fantastic butcher (renowned in the area), bakers (also very good), as well as a local shop/newsagents (which is very well stocked).  The historic village is one of the most northerly in England.  Situated on the south bank of the magnificent River Tweed, steeped in history, it is a magnificent place to live or visit.  I must mention this before I forget - do not miss the chip van every Thursday night outside the pub at 6pm - you will not get better fish and chips :) Other things to note If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.
