The Costareccia - Karin

The history of this house is, together with its beauty, what makes it unique: an ancient possession of Leonardo da Vinci's grandfather, it comes back to life today hosting, nourishing and enchanting guests from all over the world. In addition to the "Karin" apartment, La Costareccia contains two other accommodations, thus offering space for large families and groups of friends. Swimming pool, gym, barbecue, pizza oven, bike rental, nature trails... you'll really find everything you want here! The space The apartment has a double bed on a loft overlooking a living room with a sofa bed where two children/teenagers can sleep comfortably, and has another separate living room with another sofa bed that is a full-size bed. Guest access The apartment has a private terrace; the other outdoor spaces, such as the courtyard, swimming pool, gym, sauna, barbecue area, and wood-fired oven, are shared with two other apartments.
