Guesthouse/room bathroom w/ shower

Charming guesthouse/room in calm area with easy bus/train access to both Stockholm and Uppsala. High speed wifi internet with TV. The guesthouse/room is a separate building next to my house and has a separate bathroom with shower. The room does not have any real kitchen and only offers kettle and coffee maker. Access to full kitchen and laundry can be arranged inside my house next to this. Best description “a simple hotel room. Water boiler tank allows for SHORTER showers. The space Separate studio/room on my property. Wifi internet, Large TV. Calm neighborhood. Easy access to both Stockholm and Uppsala. Guest access Wi-fi Internet, TV. Laundry and kitchen access (if preadvised) Other things to note —- PLEASE NOTE —- There is no kitchen in the guest room/guest house. Kettle, coffee machine exist. Access to full kitchen in my house can be provided. The water boiler tank for the shower does not last very long so be mindful of that when showering. If longer showers (or many) is needed I have a spare bedroom with a separate bathroom in my house that can be used.
