Casa Besana, on the Quijote route (La Mancha)

Former renovated farmhouse in La Mancha Toledana. Structured on two floors, its bright and spacious rooms revolve around a central courtyard that floods the whole house with light and joy. All of them have been conditioned to offer maximum comfort while respecting their original construction. Ideal for rest The space The hallway: from the courtyard to the kitchen After crossing the threshold of the door, the visitor passes into the hall, called the zaguán, an ideal room for the summer. From here you have direct access to the kitchen and patio. Manchego patio: family gatherings The patio has a well, which formerly provided water to the house, a fountain and a barbecue. It is the lung through which the house breathes but it is above all a meeting place in which to enjoy simple things, such as a pleasant gathering or a game of cards. The warmth of home in winter. The kitchen is attached to a dining room where in winter you can enjoy the warmth of a fireplace. Both the kitchen and the dining room have the necessary utensils. The living room, at the top of the house, is an attic and is divided into different areas separated by large arches: a large sofa, another with a fireplace, a reading room and a meeting room and board games. The house has five double bedrooms and three bathrooms, one en suite. Each bedroom is different, but all of them have a careful decoration and selection of bedding (sheets, quilts, duvets and pillows) that seeks comfort. It also has a crib for babies. In the house there is also a separate office, where you can work with a laptop, and an attic with a children's play area. The attic leads to a chill-out area and a solarium with wonderful views of the countryside. Both areas are ideal at night to relax and gaze at the stars.
