It sleeps 8 with a maximum of 6 adults. A kitchen open to the living room and a large fireplace welcome you. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (on the ground floor and on the 1st floor). A bedroom with a double bed on the 1st floor, and a fourth large bedroom on the 1st floor with a double bed and 2 single beds that can be separated from the rest of the room by a curtain. It has a bathroom on the ground floor and a shower room with 2 sinks and toilets on the 1st floor. It is quiet and isolated from the road while being accessible by car. A toilet is available on each floor. Games are available (ping-pong table and table football...) as well as DVDs. This warm family chalet is located near the village of Manigod, just 1 km from the slopes in winter (the ski bus stop is right in front of the chalet) and hiking trails; and about 30 minutes from Lake Annecy in summer. It is part of a hamlet built by the parents of the owner and their friends, in the purest Savoyard style. These chalets have also been an architectural reference for the last 40 years for the development of the valley.
