It includes: A large, bright cathedral living room overlooking horses that includes: *A cozy living room with sofa, fireplace and dining area with its large table with extension cords *A fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine...). Comfortable rooms with premium bedding (including 2 master suites with en-suite bathrooms featuring a toilet, shower, and sink). Towels and bed sheets are provided. An independent bathroom with bathtub, toilet and double vanity A private outdoor space with garden furniture, barbecue and horse views offering total privacy from neighboring hosts. An entrance with independent toilet and sofa bed. For horse riders, the cottage offers: Secure paddocks with shelters. 4 box, shower area and stabilized area A sandy career in Fontainebleau. Onsite activities Pétanque on the boulodrome. Forest walking or biking. Services available at the Domaine on request: Wine tasting, carp and roach fishing on our pond, pony rides, or horse introduction session, stocked refrigerator upon arrival, breakfast baskets, and barbecue meal service. Don’t miss the horses’ feeding time: a moment of friendly sharing that delights young and old alike. To the children’s delight, the hens peck peacefully in their enclosure near the cottage’s garden.
