The space This complete newly build house (2025) has a big apartment on the first floor, a smaller apartment on the second floor and 2 separate spacious bedrooms with bathroom also on the second floor. This room is situated on the second floor. You'll have your own entrance by staircase. Guest access The whole house is for the guests, no other people then the paying guests are aloud to spend the night and/or make use of the facilities. Other things to note There is a water heater, coffee, tea and sugar available in the room which you can use to get the day started.
