In the heart of Sigmaringen at the end of a cul-de-sac with an indescribable view over the Danube valley lies this exquisite apartment, which impresses with its design, space and layout. You have plenty of space to spread out here: the apartment extends over 130 sqm with a 50 sqm sun terrace, from which you can enjoy the view over the Danube Valley. The space The city center (900 m) with its variety of restaurants, the outdoor swimming pool (1000 m) or the Danube (600 m) are within walking distance. Everything is easily accessible from here. Lake Constance is about 40 minutes away by car. You park in a spacious double garage and can either go through the basement to the staircase or via the outside entrance to the apartment, which is located on the 1st floor of the new building. From the entrance area in front of the apartment door, the view opens into the bright and open corridor, at the end of which the view of the Danube Valley can already be seen. In the extraordinary apartment there are four bedrooms each with large windows - of course, all are also equipped with electric shutters, which allows you to sleep in even in summer. In the two large bedrooms there are luxurious box spring beds in extra length with 180 x 220 cm. A children's play corner and a double bunk bed in the first bedroom, seating with peace and quiet for working or reading can be found in the second bedroom. The third bedroom is connected to the living area and is also equipped with a high-quality box spring bed (180 x 200 cm). The LED TV is pivotable and can be optimally adjusted for viewing from the bed. If you look to the other side, a breathtaking view over the Danube Valley opens up. The fourth bedroom with a 140 cm wide bed can be used as a retreat and allows a fascinating view over the Danube Valley as well as the Hohenzollern City Palace. The spacious, open kitchen is fully equipped with all the electrical appliances you need for a perfect stay (see list). Of course, a fully automatic coffee machine is also a must. While the coffee is brewing, there is a great view of the city palace and the roofs of Sigmaringen. Directly in the kitchen, you can have a cozy drink at the bar table or dine at the table in the transitional living/dining area. Even after dinner, this area still invites you to relax: two comfortable chaise longues in the lounge area overlooking one of the panoramic windows or the LED TV - or on warmer days perhaps the spacious southwest terrace for sunbathing? You shouldn't miss the sunset from up here either. The terrace extends further over the two other large bedrooms and offers the feeling of space and freedom in the middle of the countryside and yet so close to the city with large floor-to-ceiling windows everywhere. In the large, modern bathroom, a corner bathtub with whirlpool function and a spacious, floor-level shower await you. Of course, there is underfloor heating throughout the apartment. The apartment is completely heated sustainably with green electricity by an air heat pump. Furthermore, the toilet flushing water system is fed with the collected rainwater of the 7000 liter cistern. There is a high-speed fiber optic Internet connection with 1000 Mbps speed in the apartment. Other things to note There is no additional charge for cleaning the accommodation or accommodating your pet: they are already included in the nightly rate.
