[KASUMI Food Square Minami Ogawa] You'll find all kinds of ingredients. They will prepare the fish you buy on the spot. (Until 4 pm) [Marushichi Butcher Shop] It seems to have the most extensive selection of barbecue meat in the neighborhood. There are various cuts of meat, such as loin, rib roast, and sirloin, and they can be cut to your preferred shape on the spot. [Ishii Maru] This is a fisherman's shop just a 1-minute walk from the house. They sell oysters caught that day (around May-September; they are not farmed, so there are many days when they cannot be caught due to sea conditions), clams, dried fish, etc. Hours: 9am-5pm. Q. Where do you recommend going after check-out? [Kazan Ike-su] A famous restaurant that prepares and cooks fish from the fish tank. [Ganso Imagawa Yaki Sanoya] A famous Imagawayaki shop. Q. How many bath towels are there? Can I get more? → Two or more bath towels are provided per person. We do not provide additional towels during your stay, so please use the washer and dryer in the room. Q. Do you have to wear a swimsuit in the sauna or outdoor bath? → Please wear a swimsuit or bathing suit. Q. I don't have a swimsuit. What should I do? → We rent bathing suits (sleeveless tops and shorts that you can bathe in) for free. They are in the changing room, so please feel free to use them. Q. Do you have pajamas or yukatas? → Pajamas and yukatas are not available. Q. Can we have a barbecue even if the weather is bad? → On rainy or windy days, you cannot have a charcoal barbecue, but you can have a barbecue using a cassette stove in the covered gazebo. Portable stoves are available for rent free of charge. Q. If it rains on the day of our stay, is there anything we can do? → You can barbecue with a stove in the covered gazebo. The open-air bath is covered. You can also use the sauna. Q. What happens if there is a typhoon? → If a gale warning is issued for Choshi City after 10 am on the check-in date, we will allow free cancellation only before check-in. Q. Can I bring my own beverages and food? → Yes, you can. Q. Is the barrel sauna safely constructed? → There is no door knob on the sauna door, and it is designed so that you can get out by simply pushing it from the inside. Also, the sauna stove can be turned off at any time by turning the knob at the bottom. Q. Can I use electronic money at the vending machine inside? → You can use all types of electronic money, contactless credit card payments, and cash. Q. What kinds of items are available in the in-house vending machine, and how much do they cost? → Mineral water, Jurokucha, Coca-Cola, Pocari Sweat, Oronamin C, and coffee are 200 yen. You can do it at Kaijima Beach right in front of the house. Q. Are there mosquitoes? → There are mosquitoes in the evenings from April to October. Mosquito coils are provided, but we recommend bringing mosquito repellent spray. Q. Is there a TV? → There is a Smart TV. Where can I find the barbecue and activity equipment? → They are in the storage area on the outdoor terrace. Q. If you want to fill it to the top, please turn on the hot water again. Q. Is the barrel sauna safely constructed? → There is no door knob on the sauna door, and it is designed so that you can get out by simply pushing it from the inside. Also, the sauna stove can be turned off at any time by turning the knob at the bottom. Q. I'm having trouble getting cell phone reception. → In addition to being in an area with weak cell phone coverage, the outer walls are made of a material that makes it difficult for cell phone signals to pass through, so there is almost no cell phone signal when you go to the back of the house. Please use it near the terrace window or use a LINE phone or similar that uses Wi-Fi. Q. Can we see the sunrise rising from the horizon? → If there are no clouds in the eastern sky, you can see the sunrise rising from the horizon on the rooftop balcony from April to September, and at Kimigahama (1 min walk) from October to March. Q. What should I do if the number of guests changes? → Please request a change in the number of guests via the "Change Reservation" link on Airbnb by the day before check-in. Q. Are there any chairs on the balcony? → We do not have chairs because there is a risk that they could fly over the fence during a storm. You can normally bring chairs up from the terrace, but it would be helpful if you could return them to the terrace at check-out, as the cleaning staff who will be tidying up are elderly women. Q. Is there a place to wash our hands and feet after swimming in the sea or walking on the shore? → There is a faucet at the back of the building, accessible from the front porch.
