Guest access ・You may use the entire house (except the storage room). ・The area surrounding the building is off-limits. This is other people's property. Please do not enter as it is trespassing. Details will be provided after booking. ・Only some of the windows in the house can be opened or closed to prevent falls. ・This is a residential area, so there is little traffic, but please be sure to check both sides before entering the road in front of the house. Be careful of sudden jumps. Please keep an eye on children, especially. Other things to note ・No smoking in all rooms ・No open flames ・No events, parties, BBQs, or fireworks ・The surrounding area is a typical residential area. Please keep quiet early in the morning and after 10 PM. ・Check-in is after 4 PM. If you arrive earlier, you will not be able to enter the house. If you wish to check in at 3 PM, please contact us at least two days in advance. We will make arrangements and let you know the day before your stay. ・Check-out is by 10 AM. An additional two-night stay fee will be charged after 10 AM. Luggage cannot be stored after check-out. Please use the coin lockers at JR Hakodate Station (2nd floor) or the Yamato Transport luggage storage service at JR Hakodate Station (1st floor). ・The house only has parking for one vehicle. Additional vehicles must be parked in the free parking lot at Omori Beach, a one-minute walk away. ・Unexpected Accidents Please be careful of unexpected accidents during your stay, especially with infants and young children (accidental ingestion, tripping, falling, injury, accidents, and other issues). ・There are stairs leading to the entrance. In winter, snow accumulates on snowy days. Please use a snow shovel if necessary. - There are stairs inside the house as well. Please take care not to slip, trip, trip, or fall. Please ascend and descend slowly. - The area around the property is off-limits. Entering is considered trespassing as it is someone else's property. Omori Beach is accessible on foot. It is a one-minute walk. More information will be provided after booking. - As the house is close to the ocean, you will hear the sound of the waves. It is not loud, so it doesn't bother me personally. I think the sounds of daily life during your stay are louder. Just to be safe, we will let you know in advance. - To prevent falls, the windows in the second-floor dining area cannot be opened. Only partial windows in other rooms can be opened and closed. - As this is a residential area, there is little traffic, but please check both ways before entering the road in front of the house. Be careful not to run out suddenly. Please keep an eye on children, in particular. - Omori Beach is designated as a no-swimming beach. Large waves occasionally come through. Please do not let children go to the beach alone. Handheld fireworks are permitted. After you're done lighting them, please make sure to extinguish them and place them in the trash can outside the house. - We cannot be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, incidents, or troubles that occur in the house, parking lot, on the premises, or outside the premises during your stay.
