Position the front of the car toward the stairs and the rear toward the utility pole. Please refer carefully to the images and park precisely as shown. ⚠︎︎ Incorrect parking—specifically, parking facing the wrong direction against the flow of traffic—will result in a parking violation. ・If you are concerned, please use the free parking lot at Omori-Beach for any additional vehicles. ・The vehicle height of the car in the image is 1.76m. There is a clearance of 30cm from the ceiling of the parking space. *The storage areas on the first and second floors are off-limits. Guest access ・You may use the entire house (except the storage room). ・The area surrounding the building is off-limits. This is other people's property. Please do not enter as it is trespassing. Details will be provided after booking. ・Only some of the windows in the house can be opened or closed to prevent falls. ・This is a residential area, so there is little traffic, but please be sure to check both sides before entering the road in front of the house. Be careful of sudden jumps. Please keep an eye on children, especially. Other things to note ・All rooms are non-smoking. ・Open flames are strictly prohibited. ・Prohibited activities: [Events, parties, drinking gatherings/banquets, karaoke, BBQ, fireworks] ・The house is located in a typical residential neighborhood. Neighbors are going about their daily lives nearby. Please refrain from making loud noises or speaking loudly between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM out of consideration for the neighbors. We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that everyone can have a pleasant stay. ・Check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards. You cannot enter the house before this time. ・Check-out is by 10:00 AM. An additional fee of 10,000 yen will be charged for cleaning delays if you check out after 10:00 AM. ・Parking space for one vehicle is available at the house. Please park any additional vehicles at the free parking lot at Omori Kaigan (Omori Beach), a one-minute walk away. ・Unexpected accidents Please be careful to avoid unexpected accidents during your stay, especially regarding infants and small children (risks include accidental ingestion, tripping, falling, injury, accidents, and other mishaps). ・There are stairs leading to the entrance. Snow may accumulate on them during winter days with snowfall. Please use the provided snow shovel if necessary. ・There are also stairs inside the house. Please be very careful to avoid slipping, tripping, missing a step, or falling. Please go up and down slowly. ・The area surrounding the building is off-limits. Entering it constitutes trespassing on private property owned by others. Omori Kaigan is accessible on foot (a 1–2 minute walk); details will be provided after booking. ・As the house is close to the sea, you may hear the sound of waves. Personally, I do not find the sound loud or bothersome; the sounds of daily activity inside the house are likely louder. I am mentioning this just so you are aware in advance. ・To prevent falls, the windows in the second-floor dining area cannot be opened. Windows in other rooms can only be partially opened or closed. ・Although traffic is light in this residential area, please check both ways carefully when stepping out onto the road in front of the house. Watch out for people or vehicles suddenly darting out, and please keep a close eye on children at all times. ・Swimming is prohibited at Omori Kaigan. The current can be strong, and large waves may occur; please do not allow children to go to the beach unaccompanied. Handheld fireworks are permitted on the beach; however, please ensure they are fully extinguished after use and disposed of in an outdoor trash bin. ・We cannot be held liable for any injuries, accidents, incidents, or other issues that may occur—whether inside the house, in the parking area, on the premises, or off-site—during your stay.
