Condo in Franklin

"The Executive Retreat" is located 100 feet from a Starbucks , 1/2 mile north of Historic Downtown Franklin and literally across the street from Bicentennial Park trailhead which offers a beautiful biking/jogging trail that follows the Harpeth River. Take a short 10 -15 minute walk to downtown restaurants and live music venues. Each bedroom includes Queen memory foam mattresses and large HD smart TVs offering many channels. The space Mike and Judy (5 year Super Hosts) offer this spacious 2 bedroom unit, less than a mile from downtown Franklin and literally 100 feet from Franklin's newset Starbucks for around $100.00 per night. (most ot the time) Our unit has been totally refurbished and is the best unit in the community. Each bedroom enjoys high end Queen memory foam mattresses and HD Smart TVs. We offer streaming television service as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime using your personal log-in. Though the property is quiet, the grocery store is just steps away if you feel like cooking, or it's just a 2 minute walk to an Italian, Japanese, 2 Mexican and a fast food restaurants. The condominium community is possibly the oldest in Franklin being built in the 60's. My building (building D) was rebuilt 10 years ago when it was damaged by a freak tornado. Our unit was totally remodeled and updated in 2018 (from sub flooring to ceiling) with all new furniture and appliances. The condo across the hall from us is a corporate apartment currently being rented by a family waiting for their new home to be built. The apartment beside ours is owned by a Franklin Deputy Sheriff. (His name ironically is Justice.) The unit below houses a sweet lady (Stephanie) that retired from Boston. If you are looking for a "boutique" AirBnb, then this place is NOT for you. We do not pretend to offer more than we can but simply offer a very clean, quiet, and safe condo in an older community, close to downtown at a great price. There are plenty of "boutique Airbnb's in Franklin for about $275.00 per night. All of our Televisions are Smart and we currently use Youtube TV. On a side note check out "THE Original SUITE SPOT Franklin" and "THE BATTLEFIELD BUNGALOW" which are other Air BnB's in Franklin owned by "Superhosts" Mike and Judy. Guest access The entire condo along with the porch is available to our guests. Other things to note The condo is located on the second floor and no elevator is available. 8 short steps per landing and you are on the second level. Walk to Starbucks and El Guadalajara Authentic Mexican Restaurant in 1 minute. Walk to Kroger or Subway in 2 minutes. Walk to Sal's Pizza and Italian, Sakura Sushi & Thai, and Taqueria Jalisco authentic Mexican cuisine in 3 minutes. Also, you can walk to The Pond neighborhood Pub in 3 minutes. All but Starbucks and Guadalajara are located in the Kroger parking lot.
