URBAN - stylish apartment in the centre of Znojmo

Welcome to the URBAN apartment in a historic house in the very heart of Znojmo. The modern space offers comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people, just a few steps from the sights, wine bars and the Podyjí National Park. An ideal choice for couples, friends and smaller families who want to be in the centre of the action while enjoying a quiet environment. The space The apartment has an open living space with a comfortable double bed and two sofa beds for additional guests. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and private bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided. Guest access Guests have access to the entire URBAN apartment, including a fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom. The entrance to the house is shared, but the apartment itself is fully private. By prior arrangement, it is also possible to use the wine cellar in the historic basement of the house for a small tasting of Moravian wines. Other things to note The URBAN apartment is located in a historic building right in the centre of Znojmo. Guests have access to the entire apartment with a private bathroom and kitchen. The entrance to the house is shared, but the apartment itself is fully private and lockable. Parking is possible on the street in front of the house according to the current availability free of charge. Another option is two public car parks about 50 meters from the house (Monday-Friday 8:00-17:00 charged, mostly free on weekends). The apartment is located in the city center, within walking distance of restaurants, cafes and monuments. Due to the location, normal city noise can be heard at certain times of the day. Check-in is possible by prior arrangement, usually from 15:00, check-out until 10:00. If necessary, I always try to accommodate guests according to current availability. The host lives in the same house and is available to guests by phone during their stay. By prior arrangement, it is also possible to use the wine cellar in the historic basement of the house and experience a chamber tasting of Moravian wines.
