The fully equipped kitchen is a dream for foodies, complete with everything you need to cook up a feast - plus a freezer stocked with our homemade ice cream (our treat!). With three beautifully furnished bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for families, friends, or groups to spread out and enjoy. Each room has been thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind - plush bedding, soft lighting, and ample storage to make you feel right at home. Need to get some work done or plan your next adventure? There’s even a dedicated office space for those moments of focus. Guest access To reach the house, please enter through the vennel (lane) to the right of the main S. Luca ice cream shop. If you’re arriving by car, the vennel is suitable for vehicles but can be a tight squeeze, measuring approximately 2.5m high by 2.3m wide - so larger cars may wish to take care when entering. For everyone’s safety, we kindly ask guests to beep when entering or exiting the vennel between 8:00am and 10:30pm, as this is during our shop’s operating hours. Other things to note Please note that while Casa Anastasia includes bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor, there is a small step at the entrance. The main living area and kitchen are located upstairs and can only be accessed via stairs. This layout may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
