Villa Ramzówka - House with Billiards, Sauna and Jacuzzi

Our Villa is a large house finished in a mountain style, with a fireplace, a garden hot tub and a huge garden with a playground for children! We have a Finnish sauna, a games room with billiards, air hockey, a home cinema with a projector and a karaoke system. In summer, you can use bicycles, volleyball, football, basketball, fire pits, gazebos and a brick barbecue! The property has air conditioning as well as external monitoring. The space At your disposal is over 3000m2 of garden with a gazebo, a playground for children, a barbecue and a fireplace. In the season from spring to autumn, you can play volleyball, badminton, football, basketball in the garden, and we also provide the possibility of renting bicycles. The Villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room with a dining area, a Finnish sauna and a games room with billiards. Two bedrooms in the attic are air-conditioned. A new feature is the year-round garden hot tub with hydromassage (extra charge). In the game room, you can also use an electronic dartboard, air hockey, and an 80-inch home theater with a projector equipped with a karaoke system. A great place to relax and have meals together on warm evenings is the wooden balcony, which is covered in summer and illuminated with a 30-meter garland. On cold and rainy days, the fireplace and board games will be the best. When the weather is favorable, our greatest pride is the beautiful view of the snow-covered peaks of the Slovak High Tatras, which are over 70 km away. The property is monitored. Guest access The entire property is at your exclusive disposal, including the garden, playground and parking lot! Other things to note For your convenience, check-in is self-service without the presence of staff. Before arrival, you will receive individual, temporary access codes to the facility. We do not accept events in the facility, including bachelor parties.
