Family-friendly apartment with private balcony in Mellerud

Welcome to our cosy apartment! Private entrance with patio. Dishwasher. The apartment has an entrance hall, kitchen/living room and a sofa bed (140 cm). There is a sleeping alcove with a bed (140 cm), a floor mattress (80 cm) and a wardrobe. Fully tiled bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Our apartment is best suited for two adults and up to 3 children. Quiet but central. 5-minute walk to shops and restaurants. Close to Lake Vänern, forest & nature, shopping centre, attractions such as the Aqueduct in Håverud. Cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels cost extra. The space In our small 35-square-metre apartment, you will have access to the following: Hallway: When you step inside, you'll be greeted by a small, practical entryway with space to hang up jackets and put away shoes. There is also a fire extinguisher here. Kitchen and living room combined: A bright and airy common room where the kitchen and living room are combined. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher (dishwasher tablets included), fridge and freezer. There are also kitchen utensils for simple cooking, a microwave, a coffee maker (coffee included) and a kettle. In the living room area, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two people (140 cm wide). There is a small dining table with three chairs, as well as a bar table with two chairs. There is also a Smart TV with an HDMI cable and Chromecast, so you can easily cast content from your phone, tablet or computer to the TV. For those who want to sleep in darkness, there is a blackout curtain that can be hung in front of the small kitchen window. Sleeping alcove: At the far end of the apartment, there is a cosy sleeping alcove with a smaller double bed (140 cm wide) and an extra mattress (80 cm) that can be placed on the floor for a child. The sleeping alcove also has a wardrobe with plenty of storage space. For added privacy, there is a privacy screen that can easily be hung between the sleeping alcove and the living room. Toilet: Small but clean toilet with fully tiled walls and underfloor heating. There is a shower, toilet, mirror and sink here. Patio: The apartment has its own entrance and a pleasant south-facing veranda. There is outdoor furniture for up to five people, a charcoal-fired kettle grill (charcoal/briquettes not included) with barbecue utensils, and electrical outlets for charging or other equipment, for example. Other: Please note: Bed linen and towels cost extra. Cleaning of the apartment is included. 👶 If you need a high chair or travel cot for infants, just let us know – it's included at no extra cost. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment and the front porch (entrance). If you have children, they are welcome to play in our back garden, where we have a small climbing frame, a trampoline and a football goal. You can also park in our car park next to the house. Other things to note Note: Bed linen and towels cost extra; they are not included. This costs SEK 50 per person. 👶 If you would like a high chair or a travel cot for infants, please let us know.
