Accommodation close to nature in a modern apartment in Ed.

The apartment (32 sqm) is in the same property as our garage, which is at an angle to the apartment (ground floor). The property was built in 2017. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, stove and oven. The balcony faces south with sun until late afternoon. There is one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen. Clean and fresh. The space The apartment is best suited for those who like peace and quiet. It is within walking distance to Eds city center, but still on the outskirts of the community, with fields and nature as the nearest neighbors. Our own house is located on the same lot, about 15 meters from the apartment, but only the front door and bathroom window face the house. Guest access The apartment has its own balcony, but of course our garden is also available. Outdoor furniture and barbecue available. Other things to note NOTE: Bed linens are not included, but towels are provided. Cleaning: Cleaning is not included in the price, there are vacuum cleaners, mops, cleaning agents, etc. Vacuum and wipe the floors, take out the garbage, clean the toilet. Garbage: Garbage cans are located on the short side of the garage. A green one for ordinary household waste (except glass, cardboard and plastic packaging) and a brown one for food waste. Glass, cardboard and plastic are stored separately in the apartment, so we will take care of it for return afterwards.
