House in Linköping with pool

Enjoy with the whole family or friends in this house with heated pool May-Oct, large conservatory and patio where you can sunbathe, grill and enjoy a lovely meal. On the grass there is a trampoline, sandbox and swings for the children. The house has an open floor plan that accommodates lovely open social areas between the kitchen, dining area and living room. There are 2 fully tiled bathrooms with shower and bathtub and a laundry room. This accommodation can accommodate up to 12 people. Please write the reason for renting and age. The space One part of the house has a kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and a large bathroom. The large bathroom has a double shower, a bathtub and a toilet. The other part of the house has a bathroom with toilet and shower, two bedrooms and a laundry room. There are freshly washed bed linens, sheets and pillows for all sleeping areas as well as clean towels for shower and bath, both indoors and outdoors. The sleeping places in the house are 2 double beds, 1 sofa bed, 4 extra beds, 1 crib and 1 travel bed for baby. The entire house and property are available, but some cabinets and drawers are marked private. Please respect that. You have room to park 4-6 cars on the property. Pool: The pool is heated and is 28-30 degrees. To open the pool, loosen 2 buckles and roll up the pool cover by hand or with the crank. DO NOT walk on the pool cover when it is on and close the pool every night and every day if you leave the house. Please shower before swimming for everyone's comfort. The conservatory: There is a gas heater if it gets cold in the evenings. Open the gas and hold down the knob on the heater and press the ignition button, then turn to the desired position 1-3. DO NOT forget to turn off the gas after use and keep in mind that it gets hot so no child burns on it. If you want to grill, that's fine and the grill is outside the glassed-in area :) You can use everything except what is marked private, and take care of it as if it were your own :) if something breaks, please tell us so we don't have to find out later. Cleaning equipment is available in the laundry room. Excursions: Kolmården about 50 minutes. Astrid Lindgren's World about 1 hour. Omberg about 1 hour. Bergs locks about 25 minutes. Trollegater about 35 minutes. Central Linköping about 15 minutes where you can visit the Air Force Museum, Old Linköping, the Cathedral, the Garden Association, Tinnerö oak landscape, Kinda canal, Valla with animals and playground, Mickey's beach cove, the Castle, the City Library, etc. These are just a few examples of excursions.
