Come to Balneário Camboriú with your family and friends and stay in this cozy four-bedroom apartment with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet and a private garage. Leave your car in the garage and do everything within a few minutes' walk. The space LOCATION This apartment is located in the Paraguaçu Building, which is located at Rua Novecentos e Cinquenta e Um, number Forty-one. It is about a two-minute walk from Shopping Atlântico and a three-minute walk to the beach sand. ACCOMMODATIONS The apartment has four bedrooms, each with a double bed and air-conditioning. The living room has two environments, one with a dining table and the other with a sofa and 50" TV, and it has an exit to the apartment's balcony. The kitchen is well equipped and has utensils for making and preparing basic meals, including an Airfryer. The service area next to the kitchen has a washing machine and a clothesline for drying clothes. In total, there are 3 bathrooms with showers, one in the en-suite, one in the main hallway and another located after the kitchen. We provide basic bedding (elastic sheet, top sheet and pillows with pillowcase) and one bath towel per guest. We offer a duvet for each bed, ensuring your maximum comfort. AIR CONDITIONING The apartment is well air-conditioned and has 5 air-conditioners, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. CONNECTIVITY Good speed Wi-Fi Internet (75Mb) and the apartment's own, 50" smart TV in the living room and TV in the en-suite with access to streaming services. GARAGE A private parking space that accommodates vans. The space measures 5 meters long by 2.30 meters wide. If necessary, my team can direct you to private parking near the building. Note: Unfortunately, it is not possible to use more than one hot shower at the same time. Note²: The air conditioning in the room is inoperative indefinitely. Note: The building is under construction and there may be noise during business hours. Other things to note ____________________ REGISTRATION FORM: In order to be cleared for entry into the condominium, all guests and visitors must be registered with their full name and document data prior to entering the building. ____________________ CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is from 3 p.m. and can be done until 9 p.m. on the same day. If you arrive after 9 p.m., you will only be able to enter the apartment from 9 a.m. the next day and check out by 10 a.m. It is possible to check the availability of early check-in one day before the day of your arrival. ____________________ CHECK-OUT TIME: The standard check-out time is 10 a.m. and departure must be completed by this time. For an extra fee, you can purchase a late check-out and stay in the apartment until 8 p.m. ____________________ PETS: This apartment is small pet-friendly and they are welcome! There is a one-time fee of R$ 100 to bring your four-legged friend. A maximum of two pets are allowed. We ask that you avoid leaving your pet alone in the apartment, as this can lead to unwanted barking and other nuisances. When using the building's common areas, such as elevators and the entrance hall, your pet must be carried in your arms and wear a collar or leash. In addition, pets are prohibited from climbing on the apartment's upholstery, such as sofas and beds. During your stay, it is essential to keep your pet's waste clean and, at checkout, make sure that no waste remains on the premises.
