Guest suite in Amaroo

This is a shared property with the owners living on-site. All guests must be over the age of 18. Please note there are steps to access your accomodation making it unsuitable for anyone whose mobility is restricted. There are three bedrooms and two small bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. There is a combined kitchen/meals/lounge area with A/C, free wifi, and seperate laundry. Bedrooms have ceiling fans and fan heater. Uncovered off-street parking is included. All bedding is included. The space A modern house in good condition that has double glazing and good insulation. Guest access This is a shared property with exclusive access to the ground floor bedrooms and living areas.. Please ask any questions you have about interaction before booking the accomodation. During your stay We live at the property full time and are happy to have a chat or leave you in peace. Other things to note As we live on the second floor of the property you may hear us moving about at times. It is expected that noise in the house will be kept to a reasonable level and quiet hours will be observed.
