The beautiful, uncrowded Patches Beach is only 5 minutes drive from the house, with many other stunning Northern Rivers beaches just 20–30 minutes away. For a larger selection of shops & supermarkets; Woolworths and Coles can be found in Ballina, a 20 minute drive. HOUSERULES: This is our family home, lovingly renovated with great attention to detail. We ask that it be treated with care and respect during your stay. While the house offers plenty of privacy and faces away from our neighbours next door, we kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum and understand that parties are not permitted out of respect for this peaceful setting. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house, including the beautiful deck and garden area. Please note that one wardrobe is reserved for private storage and will be locked, and the garden shed is also locked and not accessible.
