This historic house has been fully renovated, keeping its traditional character alongside every modern comfort. It has a private pool, a barbecue area, aerothermal heating and cooling, an electric car charger and a children's room. Yuncos is only 30–40 minutes from Madrid, Toledo, Aranjuez and from attractions such as Puy du Fou, Parque Warner and SnowZone—the perfect base for exploring the region at an easy pace. The space The heart of the house is its courtyard, with a saltwater pool and a barbecue area: the right setting for long hours outdoors. For your convenience, this outdoor space also has a full bathroom. Inside, the house has 4 bedrooms (3 doubles + 1 family/children's room) and 3 further full bathrooms, sleeping up to 8 adults and 4 children (using a sofa bed). Climate control: underfloor heating and cooling by aerothermal system. Fibre optic internet, a latest-generation TV and a separate room with a projector. Private parking and an electric vehicle (EV) charger included in the price (1 space). Other cars can park free of charge right by the property. Separate laundry room and a fully equipped kitchen. Guest access The whole house is yours, with the cobbled courtyard at the centre of everything: that is where the private pool is, along with a full bathroom of its own so you do not have to walk into the house wet. There are four bathrooms in total, one per floor. Inside you have a full kitchen, a separate laundry room and a TV room with a projector. A private parking space for one car and an electric car charger are included; if you come with more vehicles, street parking is free, and the bus stop for Madrid and Toledo is right in front of the house. You share nothing with anyone, but the courtyard backs onto the neighbouring houses, so we ask you to keep quiet at night.
