Or spend time in the South West facing garden sharing Ooni wood fired pizzas, toasted marsh mallows and sun sets. The space Our lovely home provides the ideal base to spend time with your friends or family and we are happy to share it with you. The accommodation is on three floors and enjoys a quiet position at the back of the development. The Vineyards, a development of just 41 houses built in 2016 where there used to be a small vineyard. The property benefits from wonderful views of fields across to Glastonbury Tor from the rear of the house on the first and second floors. During the Autumn, Winter and early Spring the hedge boundary allows a wonderful view across the field from the ground floor too. If lucky, you will enjoy sunsets and seasonal sightings of deer, starling murmurations and buzzards soaring overhead. The open plan, well equipped kitchen diner offers a great place to gather for breakfast over a fresh DeLonghi machine coffee and again in the evenings before retiring to the cosy sitting room or outdoor spaces in the warmer months. The sitting room offers a cosy environment to gather for shared time. Whether that be playing one of the board games, watching a film or turning it into a Spa! We can recommend a mobile masseuse and beauty therapist for pamper sessions. A downstairs toilet and sink provides convenience. The bedrooms are spacious with The White Company luxury linen and fluffy bath sheets and hand towels. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have king size double beds and ensuite showers and the sweet third bedroom has 2 single beds and has use of the third family bathroom across the landing. There is a dedicated office, an ideal space to ‘work from holiday’ away from the main activities of family or friends. Outside you can relax on the patio by using the green garden furniture which is in the bay seating area of the kitchen diner by the patio doors. Or choose the sofa and stools on the deck. The bespoke outdoor kitchen offers a fun, quirky place for a drink, followed by a bbq or wood fired Ooni pizza. Guest access You have sole use of the detached property with the wardrobe in the office locked for storage. Sole use of the driveway. The garage is used for house keeping and remains locked during your stay. Other things to note There are unobtrusive bespoke stair barriers on the ground and first floor to help you manage the movement around the house with young children. One well behaved dog is welcome but please bring your own dog bed etc with you. Please keep them off the beds and furniture and do not leave them unattended with many thanks. There are bespoke stair barriers which simply slide into place (stored in the understairs cupboard) to help manage where they can go depending on where you are hanging out. During the warmer months we prelay a fire pit and wood fired Ooni for you to light and enjoy. Please ensure neither are left unattended and that both are fully extinguished before you head back indoors.
