Small loft on the edge of the forest

In an architect's house near the Rheinsteig, I have created a compact (about 30 sqm) and comfortable place to stay with a loft character. It is well suited for 1-2 people; by arrangement also 3 people (only for short stays). Whether you are exploring Koblenz and the Middle Rhine/ Mosel region, hiking or mountain biking, want to work in peace or visit friends and relatives - benefit from the good connection and the peaceful location without through traffic. The space A small loggia with seating leads to the apartment, which is mostly on the ground floor. Past the fully equipped kitchenette, you enter the living-dining area with a comfortable couch (additional relaxation and sleeping function). The elegant daylight bathroom, which was completely renovated in 2023, is equipped with a floor-to-ceiling shower, additional underfloor heating and a heated mirror. Also from the living area you can reach the cozy sleeping loft via a small staircase, in which there is a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm). If you prefer to sleep downstairs, you can use the sofa bed in the living area (180 x 200 cm). All sleeping and living areas are protected from light and heat with external blinds. Guest access After consultation, the spacious garden behind the house can be shared. There is space in the garage for bicycles/sports equipment. Other things to note As you can see in the pictures, access to the sleeping level is via a steep and narrow space-saving staircase and is not suitable for infants and people with motor restrictions. Alternatively, the comfortable sofa bed in the living area can be used. To underline the open style, there is no continuous railing between sleeping and living level. A private parking space is just in front of the apartment. Due to the required ground clearance (sloping driveway), it cannot be used by all vehicle types and is therefore not explicitly indicated in the ad. However, for loading and unloading the car, it is possible to stop a few meters in front of the entrance at any time. Free parking is available 50 m from the house.
