Welcome to your peaceful getaway in Val Quentin, just one block away from the shores of beautiful Lac Ste. Anne. This fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy lake life. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house offers a cozy & modern space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Alberta Beach is a short (2KM) drive away and offers all the amenities (fuel, groceries, liquor, restaurants, pharmacy, bars, coffee shops, gym etc). The space Privately owned, large, fully landscaped yard, fenced on two sides. We are one block from the Val Quentin parks. The property backs onto a hay field that has horses that you might encounter at the fence line. They are friendly but please respect the no trespassing signs and do not enter the pasture. Guest access Entire home and yard with plenty of free parking included Other things to note - Plenty of off street parking - Well water may sometimes contain minerals such as rust and calcium. We do not drink or cook with this water but it is fine for bathing and washing clothes. - Water cooler provided with 1 bottle provided for each stay and extra bottles for refilling. There is a refill station in Alberta Beach. - Town sewer - Natural gas heat
