The space - Parking spot! -50" HD TV and DVD player -Laundry room next door in the building premises FAMILY WITH KIDS - EXTRAS: We have young kid, so we have a pack-n-play crib, plenty of toys and books!! We are 5 min from the A and C trains - The A is express to Manhattan and can get you there in sometimes 15 (usually 20) minutes. We're also a 5-min. walk to the new Brooklyn Children's Museum, not far from the fantastic Brooklyn Museum. The LIRR train that stops in front of our house will take you in 6 minutes to the NEW Barclay Center (Music and Sports Arena) (Website hidden by Airbnb) The neighborhood is Jamaican/Trinidadian so it has really interesting food and culture. All the side streets around here make for great strolling too, with beautiful Victorian brownstones. Supermarket Foodtown near by, close to Atlantic Terminal mall and Barkley Arena, check it out! Walking distance to Brooklyn Children's museum and not far from Brooklyn Museum. 30 min subway ride to Downtown Manhattan!
