Warm, Cosy and Inviting Cottage

Boyana Cottage is a renovated 1950's cottage with a homely feel and a relaxed atmosphere consisting of 3 bedrooms, two queen size beds and two single beds. Boyana Cottage is close to medical centres, walking distance to local hospitals and sporting oval and a short walk to the main street. A fully fenced small backyard with lawns and tree and fernery area is also available for relaxation. The space Boyana Cottage has a spacious country kitchen/dining room with appliances such as: toaster, kettle, air fryer, pots/pans, cutlery, blenders, crockery, tea and coffee making facilities. An coffee pod machine is available for use. The living room consists of a two comfy lounges, smart TV with streaming services available, bookcase with reading material and a dedicated workspace with wifi connection. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds and 1 with 2 singles beds. There is a main bathroom with vanity, double shower and toilet. Please Note: we do not have a bathtub in the home. I can supply a baby bath for small infants if required. There is a second toilet in the laundry. Guest will find a washer and dryer in the laundry for their use also. Outside you will find a secure backyard with lawns and fruit trees with tranquil fernery with seating where you can relax and enjoy a wine or coffee and spend quality time with family or friends. There is also another seating area with bar style table with stools in a roof covered entertaining area. There is a small front patio which is a really lovely space to enjoy your first coffee or tea in the morning. All linen and towels are provided and some simple pantry and toiletry items are available on arrival. The backyard is a grassed area consisting of shade trees and a small cubbyhouse where the children can enjoy drawing on the blackboard Note: their are 3 stairs to get into the cubby, small children may need supervision. There is a portable cot, high chair, children's books and toys available on request. Their is onsite parking for your vehicle in the carport and driveway and also plenty of on street parking. There is one security camera situation at the front of premises taking in the front of the house and driveway.
